STStrategy is an independent strategic advisory practice operating at the intersection of business, government and investment.

Founded by Spyros Tsiouris, the firm draws several years of international experience across financial services, big4 consulting, public-sector transformation and organisational leadership.

We support organisations, investors, ministries, state-owned enterprises and public institutions in addressing complex strategic challenges, delivering transformation and creating sustainable long-term value.

Our experience spans major financial institutions, consulting firms, government bodies, infrastructure initiatives and growth-oriented organisations across the United Kingdom, Europe and Greece.

By combining strategic thinking, governance excellence and practical execution, we help leaders transform ambition into measurable results.

In an increasingly complex environment, successful organisations require more than good ideas. They require effective leadership, strong institutions and the ability to execute.
